Open the list of members

In the left-hand menu, open Members then click Manage members. If the menu is collapsed, click the members icon or, at the bottom left, Collapse / expand the menu to show the labels.

The page List of members opens. It shows 100 people per page, sorted by last name and first name; change this number with Show … entries at the bottom of the list.

Reading the table

Each row shows the member's last name, first name, date of birth and phone number. Depending on the club's options, two columns are added: E-P (the electronic purse balance) and Quota (the unvalidated bookings tolerated with the RFID card).

• Click the last name or first name to open the member's profile in a panel (see the article Display a member's operational data).
• The pencil opens the edit form; the bin removes the person from the members (see the article Edit and delete a member).
• The badge in the column Status shows whether the account is Active or Inactive. Click it to change the status: it is saved immediately, without reloading the page.

Filtering with the chips

The chips above the table filter the list and show the number of people concerned: All, Active and Inactive.

The menu No activity for keeps only members who have neither booked nor logged in for more than 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, or for whom no activity is known. It is useful for tidying up accounts, for example for data protection. The chip counters take this filter into account.

Showing removed members

People removed from the members are not shown by default. Click Also show removed members: they are added to the list, greyed out, and the chip Removed appears to show only them. The same button becomes Hide removed members.

On the row of a removed member, the circular arrow restores them to the members and the no-entry icon deletes them permanently.
