How do I withdraw from an open match?
Joined an open match but can no longer make it? You can withdraw directly from the booking.
1. Open the booking
On the board, click the open match you're taking part in, then choose Withdraw from the match.
2. The refund is automatic
The amount paid for your spot is automatically refunded and your spot becomes available again for another player.
Out of respect for other players, withdraw as early as possible — a match that's incomplete at the last minute risks being canceled.
