This tutorial guides you through the complete creation of a lesson for your tennis school in Plugin.ch: general settings, pricing, payment, and custom questions for Youth and Sport.

In Plugin.ch, go to the Lessons tab in the main menu, then click Manage lessons in the left-hand menu.

Create a lesson with a meaningful name, for example “2026 Summer Tennis School”. You can group all your types (kids, juniors, competition, fitness, etc.) into a single lesson, or create a separate lesson for each type.

Fill in the basic information:

• Manager: the contact person (e.g. Coppey François).
• Gender: Mixed (men and women).
• Age range: 4 to 18 years old.
• Registration period: January 1 to January 31.
• Maximum number of registrations: 999 (or according to your capacity).
• Lesson period: April 1 to June 30.

The “Open to everyone” setting determines whether non-members (without a subscription) can register:

• Yes: everyone can register, including non-members.
• No: only your current members have access.

Also enable “Link groups to booking” to integrate groups directly into the booking schedule and manage attendance and Youth and Sport subsidies.

Add preferences that registrants can choose when registering, for example:

• Monday from 4pm to 6pm
• Tuesday from 4pm to 6pm
• Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm
• Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm

These preferences will later help you assign students to the right groups.

Three pricing modes are available:

• By season: a fixed price (e.g. 400 CHF for the whole season).
• Per session: a price per lesson given (e.g. 22 CHF/session — cancelled lessons are not invoiced).
• By attendance: invoicing at the end of the season based on actual attendance.

For payment, choose between invoice, credit card, or leave the choice to registrants. Link the lesson to the corresponding invoice group (e.g. “2026 Summer Tennis School”).

You can also add a link to your terms and conditions so that registrants accept them when registering.

Set differentiated rates based on status:

• Junior member — 1x/week: 400 CHF (number of lessons = 1).
• Junior member — 2x/week: 650 CHF (number of lessons = 2).
• Non-member — 1x/week: 450 CHF.
• Non-member — 2x/week: 750 CHF.

Each price is linked to an item created beforehand in the invoicing module (e.g. “Tennis school 1x”, “Tennis school 2x”). These items will be used automatically when invoices are generated.

For Youth and Sportsubsidies, add a mandatory question “AVS number” as free text. This makes it possible to collect each registrant's AVS number for J+S exports.
